Great album.

I am fucking loving 'M' to death. It literally takes me on a journey. I'm listening to M as I type this right now. Powerful, emotional, just fucking awesome.

Does anybody else feel, that the 2nd track sounds to much like "in red" on a mixer (it doesn`t sound clear, it nearly hurts partly)?. Sorry, I hope you understand what I mean. Actually, it turns out, that this is my only negative critic to this album. Rest of it is brilliant, partly f***ing brilliant.

Yeah I agree. It's quite distorted. Although that is what I've picked up - a central theme to the album, I can't get the 2nd track to sound just right. I agree with the rest.           Goa Goa-trance & Psytrance parties in Oslo, Norway:

I must confess that this album didn't bring what I expected on my first listen. The first track didn't touch me and it was quite repetitive, I found the second track a bit annoying with the hard basskick and the third track did not make a big impression (at the end, I forgot the melodies).

Unfortunately(!), that made me a bit 'out-of-mood' for the rest of the album, by the time Track 4 started... From then on, all the way to the end of the album, I liked it. I didn't love it, cause I was out-of-mood, but I heard a lot of grow-potential..

I've been listening the album once every day since that, and it has indeed grown on me very fast and very much!! Track 4 to 10 are just awesome pieces of work with deep, soothing, blissful, emotional melodies... I really adore it. Track 1 has kind of grown on me also, so it's ok. Track 2 is acceptable now, but sometimes still annoying. I still can't remember how Track 3 goes, sorry :-(

Overall, one of the greatest albums I own.

It's Daniel Segerstad, not Ringström?

Dan, are you guys going to possibly release a copy of this combined with the visual presentation you did at cosmonova, sort of like BT did with This Binary Universe? That would be really sick.

Sorry, but due to copyright we can't use any visual material from Cosmonova. Also, the footage we got from it is way to dark and narrow to use to anything good. However it's a dream of mine to do a CBL DVD of some sort.

I just noticed that Hydrophonic Garden and World of Sleepers say that they're written and produced by Daniel Ringström and Johannes Hedberg, and Interloper says it's by Daniel Segerstad and Johannes Hedberg. On facebook, Daniel is a Segerstad aswell.

So what's up with your last name, Daniel?:P

Wee!! Over 100 posts so we got the rainbowey folder on this thread

Ringström -> Segerstad because of marriage.

(Is actually divorced now but kept the name.)

At first it was but also not what I had expected from those two Swedish magicians. I did expect the deep pads, the 303 and the dreamy sinus melodies, and those things did they deliver. What I did not expect was the beats. In some of the tracks the beat actually takes the track to a higher level, but in some cases I think it is actually removing the focus from the melodies and atmosphere.

With that said, I enjoyed the album a lot. The “Init” track is amazing, but I find some of the effects a bit annoying (those which sound like “dblue glitch” have been used).

Actually I have been looking for an album like this for a while. It is great to fell asleep to.

And congratulations with the rainbow topic Daniel.
