just respect the other users now man!...we are tired of ppl like you...if you have money to receive from them, send email to updown, and solve your problems not here...relax. |

Ok sure, we feel cheated. Will we go to a UpDown party again? Probably not.
It is sad to see the foreigners that came to Portugal specifically for this festival, cursing and and feeling quite negative about the whole trance scene in Portugal. I didnt spend anything on a plane ticket so i dont have half the reasons to be as upset as those who did.
Next time maybe we should all stick to what we know (Boom Festival, Quest4Goa and Crystal Matrix), especially when it comes to festivals.
I´m not putting down other organizations (i´ve been going to parties for about 6 yrs and have had some great parties by other "smaller" organizations).

I`ve been there and spend lot`s of money travelling from south ... i drived 400kms!!!!! 1 day after my arrival they stoped the festival ... I`m trying to contact the infolines for 2 weeks but no worth nobody answer ... the phones are off the website is down and no reply to the e-mails i sent ... i`m starting to think someone put his hands in my pockets ... legaly speaking this is a robbery, a big one and i want the ticket money back.
Probably i will not see my money soon, this is unfair but i promisse to Updown they will pay in the court of law, and i advice those who were there to do the same or else this crappy promoters continue their dirty business, cheating people, artists and everybody who really likes trance music, my holidays are ruined and my ticket money desapeared. |

1) you will not do shit 
2) you spend more then you have spend to get someone to represent you in the court.

Someone should check the portuguese laws about it.. In france it is quite clear, as long as an event does not, for any reason, last half (50%) of what it should, the customers have to be refunded..
The thing is that most of them are policy holders so in case of circumstances outside the promoter's control the insurrance refunds them and they can refund their customers..
Having said that I don't know the situation right here..
Bottom Line (to some users here) : Stop behaving like children, come on !!

after in such a way effort being able to be present, my vacations had been deteriorated passed half of the year preparing but finished in the day leading with a bomb of these. |

yeah sorry in the case i called you stupid
but anyway you have a lawyer in familly but i should advice you that you already know how our justice work and by the way the court has their on expenses that who loses payes and if updown put herself as a brokeup company and enter in recovery you loose my friend so do you really know what are you talking about???? well iam not sure |
