If they are going to have a line up similar to last year then they better dont organize anything at all.
Last year was a total rip off in terms of quality line up. |

Hi Boom Team!!!
All the best for next year edition of your "mega" event, but please contract a good sound engenier this time, or guive up the centralised configuration of the soud sistem, if nobody know how to work with it properly...
I think that DJ's don't need the sort of idolatrise central set, as you allways do.
People like to dance facing the set, but is not necessary to put the artist's on a central position, when half of the people are facing theyr back...

because the majority of 17000 people paying 100€. if we multiply is a lot of money and if you bring dj´s that don´t earn much money sure you´ll have a big profit, but what about the quality of the music. sure boom is not only about dj´s but i pay 100€ to listening good music to listen high top dj´s not to take a swim or eating or even camping for that 3 things i choose a spot near the water in summer, that´s my opinion |

Hey Goblinoid,
I think one can give constructive criticism without fantacising. JUst because you payed 100 euros doesnt mean the majotity did. Surely the majority planned beeter than you, since cheaper pre-sale tkts were available for a very long time prior to the 100 euros charged at the door.
Also if you are looking for hollow festivals fucused only on repetitive line ups you have plenty to choose from this summer.
Boom festival is a different concept.

K, isnt a bit early for us to be talking about a festival that will only happen in more than a years time?
last boom, was a great experience, but the sound system did let almost everyone down, I havent been to previous editions, but I did hear it was the same problem in 2002. hope next yr this problem is fix, but i must say, the chill-out was spot on

well bout the 1st issue u have point there!they should improve that matter.
about the central set, i guess, for what i understood from them is that is the way 2 chanalise energy in one central point uplifting it, (imagine 17000 people directing their energies at one center point)and inside the dome that energy could flout.that´s what i understood from boom dvd

neutron, full moon fest was also anunciated almost a year before also..and i guess that gives a little bug inside growing till the time comes well at least 2 me yes.
the problem boom 2002 had was power failure, cause the generator didn´t produced enough power..i guess they installed another one, 2 solve that..and they tried 2 make up people by adding extra dj´s sets on sunday afternoon..i think skazi was one of them.
