For me it's couple of things:
1. Har-El (about 2 years ago) (open air)
2. Perplex & SpaceCat - 1 year ago (GrassHopper)
3. GuyShanti's party, all djs and all sets
i danced as mad about 12 hours and then 1 week couldn't walk;) |

I've few best ones too:
1. Hallucinogen - about 1.5 years ago in the schitut club. (half open.)
2. Total Eclipse - in the Plastic club about 2 years ago. Serge started with an ambient set and then Serge and Loic gave an AMAZING live set. will never forget that.
3. Noma - on the good karma cruise ship. if Guy take those 3 hours to the grave with him, I'll steal those 3 hours off his grave to my own apartment! =)

No particular order:
DJ Mark Allen- Desert party morning set.
DJ Ronen Dahan- few nature ones back in 98.
DJ Simon H.- new years night set in a club few years ago.
And there were the best parties in the beginning of the decade, but... well, they were the best parties, but I didn't care about the DJs in those days, so I don't have a clue who was playing :-) |

Simon H in a new year eve? I was there too!
yes it was so energetic!! Simon Posford was supposed to show up but he didn't. still Simon H did the job well. :)
I recall a certain track at the middle of the set that was just unbelieveable!!! I don't think it's released yet.
If I'd get sentenced to death and get a final request, I'll demand to have that track! ;)
I don't remember the name of the club.. was it apachi? no, it was in hod ha sharon I think.. I'm senile. but it was in the new year eve of 1998 I believe. or 1999? ok forget it! i'm senile.

parties that i recall and remember are rare....but i do remember that a couple of them were Xtremely kewl....
1. mark allen - the desert party morning mix...almost brought tears to me eyes :)
2. UX-Talamasca - years ago in "golan beach" closed party....remember it as an ultra-friendly party even tough not everyone knew eachother....
3. green nuns in amsterdam....but maybe that was the psylocibin?! :)

whoooo, this thread brings back some memories..
that Simon H set WAS amazing. Tzahi & Shahar- do u remember the proffesional whistler he broaught with him from the UK :)? deffinatly the best whisteling set I've ever heard..

That whistler was amazing, but I think he wasn't brought from the UK. That was a kind of an urban legend. It was probably a really musically talented 'ars'. Anyway Simon's set was so heavy that this guy with the whistle really saved me at some points. I also remember fondly the bunch of Finnish guests we had, that contacted us through the i604 list, and also Simon speaking to the garbage truck in the morning (which was understandable considering the stream of GBs from the bar to the DJs' booth).
It was my best indoor event for sure.

for me it was the Mark allens desert party iwas really mefutzaz
also 2 years ago a party in purim in the shanbo club although it was blown with arsim but Dino prasaras done the job very well
and as much as it is funny(don't kill me) i liked (on no compare thogh with trance) tiesto's set in yellow few months ago just something different after so muich years of trancing , on the other hand maybe that was the girl i been with:):):0 |

Well I'd say I've heard quite some sets in my life and te best were.
Cederic - Talamasca at asher haviv's after party in Ein Vered.
OmaComa New Year 1998-9 a guy that played after Zoo-b I don't remember his name. (amir I think)
Anti at the Solipse. Poom pow wow, Actualy count tsuyoshi and Mark at the solipse as well and yak and Ramon too.
Noma on the Boat, and in this Vein then you can also count andre Nalin at the Pacha last year (it was a really good prog-trance-club set).
Well there are some more but that's enough for now. |
