The best sets for me r like that:(as allways some of it will not be trance but some will).
1.westbam and afrika islam 4 turntables on THE END
club london.(killing with old school elektro and hip hop)1998.
2.roni size and the fullcycle posse blasting with the mean DnB in the world london 1997.
3.carl craig in octupus this summer this was great music (ask honda).
4.the orb playing live in reading fetival 1997.

For me, the best sets I've ever heard were these,
Mark Allen - Vortex '98 - Apparently, they had to get him to stop playing early because the majority of the people at that party didn't like the stuff he was playing ??? :( :( :( :(
What a disapointment, oh well, while he played I really felt alive.
Droidlock (Live) - Sunday, SA2k
Infected Mushroom (Live) - Sunday, SA2K
These two acts I will never forget, never ever ever never, they blew me away, after new years eve party, every ran out of other places to go and what was shaping up to be a good but not brilliant party turned into something magically mystically marvelous. :D
Tsuyoshi Suzuki - Vortex '00 - The most technical and insane set I've ever heard, it was constructed perfectly, not a beat dropped or sound obscured, everything was perfect.

For me best one was Total Eclipse live set last summer, that was a great way to close the season .
i'm not a big fan of big commercial events in Israel for the obvious reasons, but i'll remember this one .

For me these Dj's did something else...
Goa Gil (All Parties)
He has such great cosmic energies and he puts all of it into his mix and they are the most friendliest parties I have ever been to.
Mark Allen
He has a great set... Balances eveything perfect.

Gus Til
He has a fairly nice set but he has one break that just kills everything in site... I dont know if its unreleased or WHAT. Took me somewhere else... |
