Qbert = skill and talent

Hey Psynthex I don't know James Zabiela......so I won't know what a good example would be. You would probably do him more justice if you pick an example.

well he's not my favorite dj because of a video I saw on Youtube...
but for what he has done for progressive music in general, he laid the foundation for djs like James Z to come up.. and at the same time stays as innovative as ever

hehe,

well J. Z. i saw many times thats why i have allways stunned over his music selection, vibe he does everytime.. etc )

but if we turn back to the topic Digweed is unique yes, that is true... but what about Taucher, Nick Warren, Remy, Desyn Massielo and many others )

well, if we put Nick Warren and Taucher infront. Those guys are totally intomanythings. Elders on the scene! Lots of mentioned artists above were inspired by those two.. worth to mention indeed so again: My choices still stands: Jeff Mills, James Zabiela, Nick Warren, Taucher and of course Digweed ( The guy and his series of Global Underground compilations )

Anyhow we came to one conclusion: those guys are unique           Psynthex [ Vertikal Records ]

Laurent Garnier, excellent mixing, excellent trck selection, crossgenre mixing (From trance to dnb), large and never boring sets. If havent the chance to see him I would encourage you to do it.

Hawtin is good but damn I cant stand the minimal he plays this days its boring. For minimal I prefer by far Ricardo Villalobos.           "The dedication to repetition — the search for nirvana in a single held tone or an endlessly cycling rhythm — is one of electronic music's noblest gestures."

jajajaja are you kidding, I mean they dont even play vynil (not a vynil fan my self but its harder and it adds the scratching as a tool).

Seriously the man made some real breakthroughs back in the day, may right now he is not that innovative.
