If the situation is that ppl really ruining my life with the noise at night, and I already been talking to them few times and they wouldnt give a damn, and I know that they do drugs and listen to high volume music at night and it hurts my life since I cant sleep properly and hence cant work properly on my daytime....
Man, I call the cops very very easy with not a bit of regret. Those ppl worth it and earned it bigtime. Next time they will know to respect their community as much as they respect their needs for loud music.

well a small update, police came for 5th time and nothing, after a while music restarted...
seems i have to go and use plan B
but 1st of all i try write to police dept. a complain letter...

Israeli people know this mazgan (conditioner) drug issue;)

TrancEist, i suppose they are in army, since they do it only on weekends. rest of the week is totally quiet and nobody is in the apartment. it's the right time to get off their electricity without being cought;)
