bad neighbours listen trance - sad story

well i always thought i won't come to this situation, but since it exists i want to share it with you and see your comments;)
i've got double -trance penetration test.
Neighbours living below me do listen trance and always i hear this boom-boom (bass) all day long. Ok no problem with that but i want to sleep at night! so several times i got down and talked to them, for now it's solved and i hear the high bass only while the daylight, so i am just making my tv louder;)
2nd test..
My GF's grandma&pa have other guys leaving next floor right above. And you don't hear only bass but also dances and it's like a tribe of elephants going down, i couldn't stand for about 5 minutes without getting a headache and grandma&pa are eating pills, bla-bla high pressure and so on. U know this... Just imagine that these guys are living 4rd floor and they do disturb some woman from 1sr floor!!!(imagine what grandpa&ma are feeling at 3rd floor right below!!!)
so i came there several times, they did make music lower but not for too long, after some half an hour it is back and weekends (their showtime) it is a total nightmare, from friday (thursday night) till late saturday more than 24 hours
. I talked to the guys 5 times and only after it didn't help I invited police for another 4 times (!) and nothing helps, they even don't open the door (they don't have though) but i am pretty sure there are drugs inside (can u dance with friends in apartment for such a long time?!)
I was thinking for blowing up all the electricity in their apartment which is outside but i don't want to do it (good boy)
In the beginning i thought it would be easy to calm them down but it's not so easy and people don't respect people.
There are only kids i am pretty sure 18-20 yrs old (by hearing their voices behind the door) so it's hard to deal with it..but grandpa&ma are suffering and i am kinda starting to lose control and looking to buy bazooke ;)
I think the only solution is to invite them to police dept. for investigation (i am working on it) and i really don't give a f*** right now if they love trance or not
since they don't understand a single word and make so f** noise in the building that if once i will see ambulance coming for any of grands, i will disconnect all the electricity and wait for each one of them outside ...
too sad i personally came to these situations and negative emotions create another negative emotions, but i am really tired of this.

Thats really sad.
Don't wait, take them their electricy.
U know hearing trance makes not good people, and they seem to be real assh*les.

Well you could always tell them that if it doesn't stop now, you'll tip the police about the drugs as often as it's necessary and will not stop before they're all arrested.. harsh but effective

the electricity thingy always works alex... i whould`ve done it after the first asking.
and u can always cut out some letters from the paper and make a nasty letter

Alechko there are quite simple rules about it.
You can not make noise as much as u want and when u want to. There are written laws about it. If those ppl break the laws and u talk to them and it doesnt help u just call the police.
They are the ones to deal with it.
Trance culture is partially also about respecting the other. If those ppl dont get it they will deal with authorities - as simple as it can be

Heh Yuli, Police came 4 times and the guys didn't open the door (they don't have to) and yes they did put music lower but after sometime they were back to business with high bass and dancing like elephants..so here police doesn't give too much help, but i want force police to invite the guys to investigation...

if you tip the police long enough (say there's drug trafficking going on) they'll get a search warrant and after that they don't need anyone to open the door for them, they do it themselves

to be honest...i will kinda put myself in those guys place coz..i used to live with my frineds in a 3 bedroom apartment...and we guys used to jam up in one room and listen to psy all night and pretty loud and the other people at home dint seem to like it too much so in the end my psy loving friends shifted out to another place where all they do all day is listen to Psy LOud...
well no one has really complained to them yet..but bel me its really loud when u pass their house u can hear the noises outside on the street...but luckly they r living in aan independent house so no big deal...
the thing is...guys our age...when living alone...tend to go a lil loose and act like they dont give a fuk about the neighbours...and shit like that..
its all a weird stage of life...
alex all u gotta do is jes go upto them one day....tell them that u too are a psy lover...etc etc..make them understnad that wht they r doing is really wrong..and if they wanna listen to music all day they should think about shiftin n goin elsewhere where they can do what they want without causing a problem to the neighbours..and if u have some kind of place like tht in mind do offer a suggestion...
and in the end of the conversation try not to mention this..but if they r still being jackasses...then jes mention it to them that if this doesnt stop u will be ofrced to call on the cops and get them busted for all the shit...
beleive me it will work....atleast i hope it works..
