what about lucid dreams?
I mean dreaming and know that you are dreaming,like a concious dream.
There are dream travellers who prepare their mind before they fall asleep to be ready when they start dreaming,so they could control their dream the time they would start dreaming,and start travelling around the dream space lands somewhere in other reality or dimension,they are able to come in your dream and make you a dream joke,beaware of your dreams.

my friend I had passed from that many times times and it was one of my worst nightmares,but I have gone further,and I mean that a few times I saw demonic visions around me hallucinations of etherial "ghosts" maken me fear and dont let me to wake up,I tried to say the christian prayer"Father Amen"wich helped me a lot.
I went to a psycho doctor who told me that I was schizophrenic and gave me pills.Now a long time have past from my last nightmare experience,but a few times still now I fell something like a touch visiting me in my bed but I always ready to defeat it and I dont let it to make me scary,and that is the secret, dont be afraid of that moment just let it come inside you and feel that is ok,just let free your self ,calm and enjoy that weird and strange paranormal feeling!

@Gopendra true whateva you said ......... it has happened n no. of times with me as well in the past but a day came when i just let it go and the experience after that was mind bending .......... i found myself experiencing a floaty feeling and so peaceful i can hardly explain but had no fear later i tried to seek the answer but the closest answer i could find is that conciousness for that time being is freed from the physical self and if you enter that state without fear its going to be beautiful ....... and yes there are other conciousness who have passed on permanently are around too so quiet possible you saw some of them but none means any harm .......... You should read some NDEs to find more on this |

Also it happenes to a lot of people but 99% times people fight back to get out of this state.............. its all connected to the realm of conciousness and not sub-conciousness ............. also try and read CG JUNG collective conciousness you will find the answer that its nothing to do with any medication help or psychology ....... and you need to believe it to see it

yes my my buddy if you get scary when that happens then it becames a nightmare ,but if you pass way your fearS and let it come peacefully than your are able to enjoy that "touch"!!!

De Ja Vu does exist...
if u see water running out of a drum thru a small outlet u see a whirlpool our cosmos also looks like one...
even the sun with its planets looks like the same from far... slowly but surely we all are moving towards the sun gravity is pulling us... u get the drift.
what if we all are going round and round like electrons of the atom around in circles... human evolution Karma...
may be i had to be in the class room again in a second birth coz i had to return that one favor i never paid my fren back for...
in sleep too u see what u do.

cant say or maybe yes coz whenever this has happened with me i was partially awake
but the best part is if it happenes you will just realize it and not even question But one more thing that till the time i kept fighting this feeling i never experienced one of theses OBEs but only when you stop fighting this feeling you experience one . ......
the trick for me was to let go

now the question is how often to we let go and say we'll just flow.
i mean when a change is required does it just happen or do we actually work on it.
change they say is the only constant... well that would state that destiny drives changes and we move only when we are suppose to and break thru it, till then we just keep stating that we gotta let go.

@sorceress just think it this way .............
first of all let go of what ..? in my case the fighting to wake up from when the dream thing starts to happen
so i let go of fighting
always fighting from some dreaded dream and waking up with that paranoia and sweat was a constant in my case so i changed it and did not fight ......... maybe i was not supposed to anymore and thereafter the experience of that OBE or whateva one may call it may it be a mind trip but whateva it is, its atleast not scaring me anymore and is equally peaceful BUt do as you please stay constant or change

P.S.
also google with the key strokes OBE and paranormal .......... see you may get some info and get wht am saying ..... those experienced this sort of phenomenon will not doubt a wrd written there ..... some 8 million or more people in the US alone have had NDE and OBE but there are no stats for INDIA should be more here . |

wow i dont believe it ,.. finally a topic worth commenting on in our desi section ..
well .. yeah .. sri sri parmahansa yogananda !!!!!
a true master ..and he left his knowledge for all of humanity .. immortalised in his book ..autobiography of a yogi ..champion book ..must read for all human beings imho ... and plz dont mix it with drugs etc and pollute the essence of it ... read up on all his other works too people .
