has anyone ever had this strange experience
where you try to go to sleep but before you can get some sleep there is a heavy buzz and than suddenly u feel paralyzed while still partially awake and try very hard to brake out of it ? And finally do brake out of this strange feeling but completely paranoid .........
if anyone has then shall go further abt this experience .... peace n cheers |

Never happened with me like that.
But sometimes it happens that I feel that something which is happening in front of me...I have felt it sometimes back. Like in my thoughts etc.....
It has many happened many times that I feel this is gonna happen and ...bulla.. that happens! Then I remember, I had thought of it sometimes back

oh oh... did i invite trouble for my self by mentioning Ghosts here. 
i have had exp where while dreaming i try to open my eyes and wake up but it does not happen... they just dont open and u wake up later in cold sweat

Some info that i read on "Deja Vu" or say "Deja entedu" was quiet interesting and seems closer to my own beliefs
..................... Scietifically deja Vu is called a momentry seizure of the temporal lobe But some say that all that you feel which you feel has happened again and you knew that it was going to happen is the truth .......... because you have been here not once but many time you have been born and dead again ............. so sometimes your conciousness recollects all the similar circumstances and the outcome and presents it to you before it happens again or when it is happening the trick is that your own realization of the event . .....
maybe this might not be the truth but is far convincing than the scientific one coz aometimes the events are so clearly known while they are happening it feels like as if a dream or a rerun and you just cant stop it you feel like as if you are looking at it from a distance while you always knew how it would happen may it be for a very very little while .

Its called out of body experience ........... i will not go further but next time when it happens do not resist and let your self go in the direction and do not try to break out of it the conciousness which lives beyond the brain will then go for a walk  and no fear will you feel later .......... cheers n light |

out of body experiences... hmmm???
some people say our 'dreams' are a type of out of body experiences. but astrally projecting oneself is a whole different ballgame. And not as impossible and unattainable as it sounds

my friend I had passed from that many times times and it was one of my worst nightmares,but I have gone further,and I mean that a few times I saw demonic visions around me hallucinations of etherial "ghosts" maken me fear and dont let me to wake up,I tried to say the christian prayer"Father Amen"wich helped me a lot.
I went to a psycho doctor who told me that I was schizophrenic and gave me pills.Now a long time have past from my last nightmare experience,but a few times still now I fell something like a touch visiting me in my bed but I always ready to defeat it and I dont let it to make me scary,and that is the secret, dont be afraid of that moment just let it come inside you and feel that is ok,just let free your self ,calm and enjoy that weird and strange paranormal feeling!
