Oliver played a great funky set a few years back at the Gaian Mind summer festival.
Watch out! D-Space/Equisol have honed their blades into razor-sharp musical chops.
Very much looking forward to this one. See you there!!!!

Great, now I have a party to bring the 18-20 year old girls too! (Seriously, with all the 18+ venues in the city, why do the trance people choose the 21+ ones? It is not fair for anyone who has a girlfriend or friends who are under 21, and people don't drink at trance parties much.)

One of the best parties I've been to in New York: mainly cause it was outdoor!! Amazing that it was right across the street from the police station.
Can someone post who played when (DJ timings)?

a bloody beautiful time. beautiful people! The enthusiasm just kept growing throughout the day. Looked like we had over a hundred trancer dancers plus more than a few locals. great sound! great music!
D-Space pulling out the stops. Osiris played prog with a touch of dark. Oliver aka Reefer Decree funked it up. Showed Oliver the miracle of a couple of shots of tequila when you just wake up from a nap, a life restorer, heh.
I believe the sound got rolling around 10-ish, Equisol played until noon, then Osiris from noon till 2 pm, then D-Space from 2-4, the Reefer Decree from 4 to about 6, then Tony Unorthodox from 6 until ??? (I had to leave before the very end).
A special thanks to the 28th day crew!

I haven’t been to a party for ages not to say an outdoor one. The scene in NY became boring, same DJ who don’t know how to play, same venues all the time, and taking in consideration that I missed the festivals season because of work I started to grow out of the trance scene. But yesterday was a reminder why once I loved it so much, the party was In the middle of a jungle, yes it was a concrete jungle but you can call a park in Bedford Stuyvesant jungle. But it was out doors (I don’t know how the guys from 28th day production got the permit), under a sunny (mostly) sky and we were dancing bare feet ))))),oh and all the technical stuff like good sound, great music, smiling beautiful people. The interesting part was that the locals didn’t know what hit them, a bunch of long hair/tattooed/colorful hippies dancing in the middle of a day to a booming sound of progressive/psycadelic trance, there was a little “fence” surrounding the big lawn that was the “stage” and they were standing behind it for quite a wile, looking at us thinking … who cares what they were thinking. I think they had fun too. Oh and to those people who called this event the after party, no way!!!It was the main event, the main event of the summer in NYC.

yeah i was amazed at myself for dancing for so many hours non-stop but even more amazed at all the locals who just sat stared as if we were doing something so out of the ordinary... we were just dancing! it was hilarious...
the best part was the little kids who joined in on the fun... |

There is hope for this city, maybe even this world. Life is a glorious gift. Yesterday reminded me.
