Nope. Supposedly part of the stipulation for leasing the land. Whats the point of attempting radical self-reliance if you need outside sources? Everything you need is in the city, you just have to look for (or earn) it.
As for sneaking in, I have a friend who worked perimeter a few years back, and when asked what was done to people who tried to sneak in "make them walk into town without shoes" was the response. *shudder* Oh yeah, they've got night vision, infrared and everything. The joy of sneaking in is long gone. There's way more fun to be had than that... |

to correct the miscorrection, you can leave the city during burn week. it is discouraged due to reasons mentioned above, but with 20 bucks anyone can step out back into the default world to get sum supplies or whatever you forgot to bring in.
and yeah, sure it is possible but sneaking in is extremely difficult and not encouraged.....i have seen ppl get caught and with the fine you are risking, its much more worth it to pay the ticket. there are ways for ppl who can't afford it to get subsidized tickets, or with creativity you can exchange services for tickets from other burners.
also if anyone has the link for the scholarship application plz pm me...thanx
