As far as I remember, the album had mixed reviews (may be worth checking out Trip reviews website), a few people were complaining that this sounded just like their previous albums, not sure I remember anyone saying it wasn't as 'cool' as Infected or Psysex.
Anyway kickdrums or no kickdrums, what stands out here is the quality of the music.
