the point is the following: labels can get in SERIOUS troubles if they release music produced with cracked software. check out http://www.be-cool.org. there u can blame labels that do so (which actually is a super sad thing to do).
and another thing: u say why do some want their music to be bought if they use cracked software? well, what about the invested time (most artists need more than a year to finish an album) ? isnt that worth any money, even if they cracked their softs? one year is a lil more than a nanosec for a mouseclick. Nice Topic!
I make electronic music rarely for fun
I'm playing with rock band on guitarist.
so I do download illegal software, and I do buy original since when we are in the studio we have everything legally otherwish we will be in big troubles!
so here is my point of view about me:
1. I do download and crack softwares also game SINCE must of them are simply don't deserved even 1$ and I would never use them even if you will pay me.
2. I do bought 2 guitars and I do own legal "cakewalk" (sequencer) in our rock band studio.
3. I do buy pedal and fx modules (hardware)
4. I do share and download music since I have IDEAL. (my ideal is in the bottom line-->)
Bottom line: The crackers have ideal not like must of you (us) here, they crack software and share music Because they protect you from the crap!!!

"support the music and the artist you like and buy music"
If you ask me
This is the answer to all of you the people who cry all the time about bad and crap music and software release, because this way you support only the artist you like and the company who give you good programs.
this way the artists will work harder as well as the labels won't release children music as well as companies will work harder because they know you won't buy shit anymore!
this is new age!
and this Ideal save us in this new age i call it "the overfilling age" even if you can't face it, it support everyone in this world! |

Traveller is ohh soo right abt the 192-->WAV-->CD on a hifi thingie.. lots of ppl do it.. and sounds crap...
i dont think neone who is a beginner at makng music has probably bought orginal software.. not untill unless they are 10000% serious abt it.. if there are ne exceptions.. then i didnt say anything

i've got nothing against people downloading mp3s as long as they buy albums they like every now and then.
people who do nothing but download. well fuck you! having no money is lame excuse. i'm sure every single one of us can afford a cd every now and then.
for the downloaders, atleast you could write positive reviews of the albums you like/download. otherwise you're nothing but leeches and no1 likes those..

Mate, be sure they don't give a F about this.
you can't tell them what to do, everyone of us have his own life, problems and another level of time that he may give to music reviews/talks...
Must of them just a collectors...
About software wareZ and music share in global:
If you won't face the true it will face you and then it will be much harder!
Guys, stop show yours negatives about everything, I'm sure everyone of you enjoy warez/ moviez/ muZic and everything else you can download for free and sometimes if you have enough money and you think it is worth it you may buy it!
PS - You can't fight it, even if you will do advertisement protest in a commercial tv. |

humm thats a good subject for a topic 
well my opinion is , they are two kinda of ppl , we have rich ppl or poor ppl , the rich ones can get the original softwares without probs , but the poor don't have this chance , so if the rich whant ot make music i makes music with no prob because everything is legal for im heeh happy for him .. but the poor is always with scare , because its ilegal , but many ppl and enterprizes dont understand this :
the poor can get the software because it costs a LOT ... there is a stupidity to get for example logic audio 6 in stores it costs near 1000euros more the sampler EXS24 more almost 400 euros ...that for a poor .. its more than they get per mounth ... so what i mean with that .. is they'r are many artist using cracked software but ,, maybe only for some time , until they get the money for they can buy the original software (free bugs , etc). but there is another problem .. they are always everybody against does who works with warez stuff etc .. cracked oxigen and paradox .. etc .. but just like moonarche buterfly sayd ... EVERYBODY like to get cracked things .. so .. i think is a stupidity trying to get a concesse of one subject that is impossible to stop .. and eacj day day will be more ppl using cracked softwares .. until ppl of enterprizes think .. that they are overreacting in prices !!!! just like u see in microsoft and linux .. why they are more virux in micrsoft systems .. :=) only because of one thing .. revenge for the big prices they ask for they sucker software , and u think that is correct ???i dunno think that .
so let ppl use what they really whant and what they REALLY CAN HAVE !

well it seems to me there's some kind of a "fight " betwine the music maker's and the listener's, to me it look's like a waist of time ..ms BOMO NOVUS
, i dont know if u know , but the trance seen is so small , that there r many ppl in the music busnes that dont iven know it exsitst's ..we r so small in the world that it is just redicoules..just so u would understend ..when a trance cd sells good around the globe , it sells usealy around the 4000\5000 copy's ...( ecsept the realy big ones that can go to 10.000 and more ..) still...iven if a trance cd sells 50,000 copy's ( wich i didnt hear of one like that yet ) it is a redicoules number for a world wide distrebution..for sure , not money to make a living..now many ppl told u this here but i'll give u a small exsample ..just today im pouting allmost 4000$ buying new equpament..i invested in equpament much more , so did all my frind's wich r in the busness..now ...there's no way!! that i will get hulf of what i ivested from selling cd's..from selling the music ...the softwhere's compeny's wouldnt iven give there mind opn this topic couse frencly ..thay dont give a dem..is bill gate's not the reaches man on this planet becouse tons of ppl use his "window's" creck'd ???
Elysium Project uis so right when he sais what u realy want to do is to justify u stillin music ..but irealy dont give a dem..nothin will stop this allsow ..ppl will continu to downloud music from the net , and our small seen will never rise higher couse u just dont wont to seport the ppl that make the music u like ..insted u go and ateck them..well , try spending some of ur life saving's , wark hurd in other job's to seport ur building studio, and then not get any income from the music u make , and get ateck'd for wanting to get pay'd for it ...im sorry but it is just plain redicoules..u will go on downlowding music , and so will the rest of the ppl who do it ..and that's how our seen look's ..sadly ..

yes man you absolutly right!i agree with you in 100%!
ppl in this sceane(not all)dont give a shit on the sceane or on the artists.
they just look for "unreleased" trax all the time
i use softs like 90% from the artists in the trance
i had a big studio but i sold almost all cause i dont get pay for what i do so untill i will get pay i will use in softs until somthing wil change in this sceane(i hope that somthing will change cause its just go down&down).
love&light and big respect to all the ppl that help to this sceane to continue. |

Interesting thing is that both sides are right totally..
but you must agree it is only the way how someone lives....somebody has money for this and that..someone don.t.that is i t..
Me in Sebria...i download everyhting w ehave best hackers for this..and it is meter of day to have some good vst or plug in ..does not metter...we sold Cubase2 ...couple of months ago to people ..because nobody didn;t have it then..music is money....sorry but it is true |
