I guess this is to promoters and live acts. On the weekend of July 16th to the 18th, there will be a outdoor campout party in central California. Any acts looking to bridge tour dates or promoters looking for flight shares, please get in touch. Thank you.

Ooh.. if we get one more promoter from maybe the east coast or Tx, then we could probably get damn near anyone we wanted!!!           An Eagle may soar, but Weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.

Alright... Now if all of us can agree on an artist, we can pretty much bring em... Sounds like there's enough promoters that wanna work together...           An Eagle may soar, but Weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.

I would prefer them to be from the European Union for visa purposes

Ok... that makes sense...

What type of sound are you guys looking for? I know that Mr. Liu usually goes for more progressive sounding artists.... I also know that there are some of the darker edged artists that would love to come out here... Dronebixie in particular... If anyone is interested in him, lemme know.           An Eagle may soar, but Weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.

Wow. Good to see this amount of response. Mubali is right, I tend to go for less full-on but my true goal is to have more of the old-skool producers out here. My idea of a good act is someone like Joti Sidhu (Psychaos) who was producing psychedelic trance during the Blue Room years. Thanks to Paradigm, Joti played at the Halloween edition of Secret Psychedelica. However, for the campout, I think the morning full-on sound would be most suitable. (By the way, I'm also looking for an act to play at the 4 year anniversary of Secret Psychedelica. May 30th is the date.) Anyway, thanks for the responses. Hope to work out some magic for this summer.

I think less dark more full-on psychedelic sounds like Phyx or maybe Rinkadink, Tikal, or Hux Flux would be better for us. more err.. accessible.

well, i am not a promoter yet, but here's my 2 cents.
i'd love to see any of the south-african guys here in cali this summer, e.g. shift, phyx, tickets, slug, or more morning sounding ones like protoculture, hydrophonic or rinkadink.
i also think russian morning trance producers like g-light, enterprise or overlap deserve an appearance stateside. i'm not sure about their visa conditions though.

lets see how many s.african artists we can put in a bus and drive them east to west           MINDFLUX - A continuing flow of the human consciousness that originates in the brain and is manifested especially through thought, perception, emotion, will, memory, and imagination.

it depends on a size of a bus...

speaking seriously, i think i've heard that some of them have relocated to the uk and become more accessible in a sense of visas and travel expenses.

Para Halu would work more than fine for me, also would be very interested in Naked Tourist. Dronebixie would be awesome too. Not really looking for anything morning or progressive, more into the nighttime psychedelia.
