The sequel to LIFE IS.... has arrived,
and after ANOTHER LIFE,
you gotta think Life Is Beautiful...

12. Infected Mushroom – Elevation
Yankovich the romantican starts the journey with a rather romantic downbeat track(or song actually)from Ivry leader,a known artist in the israely mainstream scene.this is one for a winter-cold night at home under the blanket.....
but quite beautiful.
Astrix & Miller continue with a slow but groovy track.
Guitars appear frequently in ANOTHER LIFE and they start it here.Nice melodies in this one,it reminds me of jazz-fussion music such as Spyro Gyra or even Santana.
Hi Fi comapnions,a combination of Eat-static and Tengerine Dream members, are keeping the feel longy & cool,with a beautiful track which introduces a sexy Saxophone to the cd.
This would be most fitted at a sunny coctail party on a fancy yacht somewhere at sea.
The next one from Yahel would make a great FASHION TV track.
this is "elevator music" but in a good way.
OFORIA's track is great,his fusion influences, that sometime sneak a line or two into his trance music,are fully exposed here.
quite emotional and still keeping the vibe on the lounge side.
Gentle anarchy by Violet Vision brings a darker feel sudennly into LIFE.
This is a very special one,With beautiful vocals that strike memory of Portishead's singer,on top of a classic psychedelic chilled out rythm.
They finish the fiasco with a dramatic orchestration part and apocaliptic pianos.
after SURVIVAL KIT's Dub mix we have another name from israely "mainstream" artists,the group HADAG NAHASH with a remix to their own track "Nobody".
This is also one of my favorites in here - mighty fine production and very slick sound.
It's a cool drum & bass remix to an already good track,which brings the mood back into spacey downbeats.
PsyCraft march in with their guitars in
"A SONG FOR YOU".This really shows these guys's talent.
a charming & percussive Tune with lots of good guitar melodies.
Cosma keeps the guitar but calms down a bit.
he brings his usual drama to this downbeat track.
lots of room to breath and chill in this one,
nice flowin' guitars and a good feeling all the way.
Zino & Tommy's track is beautiful,
and it's melodies somehow bring you the feeling that the end of this journey is near.
Infected close the deal with Elevation,
a symphonatic piece that for some reason reminds me of forests and creatures.
a trippy and hypnotizing melody plus a dramatic piano part ends this Adventure nicely.
LIFE IS...was a beautiful cd in classic goa-Chill out style, and was an interesting journey from start to finish.
However ,Eyal Yankovich has not taken the same journey this time,he has taken different routes to reach Another Life.
But the road is beautiful and full of great music.

All i heard from this compulation is the dub mix to Survival Kit. And if the rest is as good that it must be worthy buy. But how Ivry Lider is connected to all this?
