Will be happy to get some recommendations in that department and maybe discover a few new gems.

Here are 3 of mine:

1) krill.minima - Nautica ( Native State Records, 2007 )

An amazing album !
A very tranquil, deep and aquatic experience.
Gorgeous !

2) P. Laoss - Landscapes and Machines ( Somnia, 2009 )

A brilliant one.

P. Laoss and Yagya are two favorite artists of mine.

In a similar vein:

Glider's "The Sight Below" has that warm underwater feel to it. Excellent album front to back IMO.

Markus Guetner's "Doppleganger" (also off Sending Orbs as Yagya is)

Loscil's "Submerse" sounds very similar to Nautica. The concept of the album was submarines.

Lastly, some Marconi Union's "A Lost Connection"

P.S. - Have you heard Yagya's "Rhythm of Snow" and "Will I Dream During The Process" releases? I like "Rigning", but the previous two seem to draw me back to them more often.

Check out Dublicator's and other artists @ www.deepindub.org
Lots of free releases in the dub techno dimension, some of them really good.

Also, u cant forget the monsters/masters/pioneers of the style... Basic Channel-Burial Mix-Rhythm n Sound. So many names, that same special sound.
Deadbeat and Beat Pharmacy/Eschologist releases some great tunes in that style once in a while.

That's a good start.

Justin has an absurd amount of dub techno bombs in his case, with artists so good and unknown it hurts... hopefully one day he will "socialize" a set.
dubtechno, even with the "high" BPM, is in my opinion one of the deepest styles to chill.

Thanks for the info guys

TechMonkey, The Sight Below's Glider album sounds really good. will definitely give it an in-depth check.

The rest I already know. Marconi Union are one of my favorite bands. It's so great that they released "A Lost Connection" on CD this year.

About Yagya, I heard "Rhythm of Snow" and "Will I Dream During The Process".

Both of those albums are nice but I prefer "Rigning".

Cheers !

Very glad to help!

I was thinking about it, and remembered that LastFM has the ability to show how similar artists are based on one you like. Maybe something like this will help.*

http://www.last.fm/music/The+Sight+Below/+similar

* I take no responsibility for any effects that page has on your bank account.

Maybe some Gas tracks are in the same vein as the tracks posted by TechMonkey.

Haha, I am listening to that now and then reading your comment. But I like Gas - Gas more
Also, some The Orb tracks have that flair. even some Aphex Twin.

Love this album! Forgot about it. It's been a couple of years since I dusted it off. I plan to remedy that now.

Video added for easy reference.

Really like that Intrusion track. Will have to check that release out.

Attila Jahanvash has released a cool ambient dub techno track called "morning glory". I guess it`s available as a vinyl at least. Other than that it has been relased on Chillum Dreams Vol. 1.
Also deff. one or two tracks on the very old VA "A mission into drums" spread that flair.

I think you're speaking of my favorite track off the comp. Stevie Be Zet's "The Closed Eye View". Yes. I am a YouTube whore.
