i reckon should be mostly psytrance of the israeli and progressive varieties from the locals.
treavor plays really nice deep morning psy and brad, i think, does prog house.

Actually, Brian, as he requested, will be playing progressive house, then Treavor will play 1 to 3 am, hard, banging psychedelic trance, then Brad will follow with more psy and dark tribal techno. Each Moontribe DJ will be given 2 hour slots, starting at 11 pm.
JP and JMoreno usually float around 130-140, more minimal, intelligent trance - I've never heard any Isreali style trance come out of them (not that there's anything wrong with that  )
We're using Turbosound aspect equipment for this show. This is the first of three outdoor events planned for the summer - the next two will be all psy. Thanks for all the comments, if you're in the area, please come show your support!

schmid-e often plays the israeli style, i was referring to him. i do remember the other two guys playing more progressive stuff in the past.
as to Treavor - I personally much prefer his melodic side. He's a great, one of a kind morning DJ, played probably my all-time favorite morning set at BM 2004. Will catch it again one of these days.. :\

Treavor is as smooth as they get.... for my money the most technically proficent psy dj in the states and i think should be considerd the top-dog
I had the pleasure of catching Schmid-e at the midwest regional burn recently...
Quite enjoyable, deffinatley a bit more on the israeli side, but fun bouncy stuff.... Im a sucker for cartoon samples, and so is he aparantly....

I agree, Treavor is one of the best morning DJs around (like paradigm said, one of the best period, really). He did play this same night slot at last year's Colorado Moontribe event, and it was pretty wicked.
And you're right about Schmid, he does lean toward that style - I think we'll hear that at this party too since he is probably going to be playing in the morning. |

I am so glad to see so much great stuff happening this early in the season.After we come back from the Gemini festival I will be ready to start blasting off in the woods as much as possible.
