I was thinking abt the fact that trance could be magic if we could play it in 5.1...
i never herd any 1 compose trance in 5.1...
Wat a xPerience it could be....
i am working on it....
ur thoughts and idea could be of gr8 help....

i thought kiwa's last album, "retroactive" (?), was done in 5.1...also check out tipper's album "surrounded"...not exactly trance, not exactly psy, but beautiful downtempo recorded in surround sound...not to forget the ultimate cheesy french sleazey synth wizard jean michell jarre whose just released an album in 5.1... |

AFAIK it was released on normal Audio CD which can't have more than 2 channels.

Well I just went to see my copy upstairs.. and had quite a shock when I realized that the cd wasn't in the case!! FOOOOK! But anyways I don't think it's 5.1.. it's just normal cd..

Still... listening to it in 5.1 would be nice... but unrealistic... a lot of people don't have the space to set up a 5.1 system at home, or in their room... and for parties it's even harder...
Still, quality 5.1 music could be the next thing... but we might be talking about five to ten years in the future...

Nope, the new Deedrah wasn't in 5.1 - but as mentioned, I've heard rumours about it on the next Synthetic album.

5.1 could be great if properly done. Anyway, you should listen to Technossomy's track Pyramid on a 5.1 set, it seems like those acidic sounds fly everywhere...

Abt time to move with the future.....
how would u feel ,listining to trance in a theater...with 5.1 or 7.1...u cant deny the experience.....
now think abt a theater with 5.1 or 7.1...with space to dance...Beat it.
