3rd Empire 22.7.05 - In the desert

Just got back from this amazing nature adventure. One of the 3rd empire's most mindblowing parties ever!
Lets start off with the music:
I arrived in the middle of Assaf's set and as usual he was playing very good dark progressive stuff (Fabio & the likes...). Very nice appetizer for the main dish (yotopa & Liqiud Soul). Yotopia took the stand for a debut LIVE-act, and my god they were awsome! Yotopia have gradualy turned into the face of Israeli Proggresive music. Along side artists like Perfect Stranger, Aerospace, Lish & Ace venture, Israel seems to be returning to the Progg age (at least the good people are). Anyway Wonderful performance by the Yoyopia dudes... But the real star of this shindig was nonelse then a swiss artist who goe's by the alias "Liqiud Soul". When this guy started playing all i could think was "Fuckin' hell, this is progressive from the year 2020! Such an amazing future sound & wonderful mixing skills, without doubt Liquid Soul blew my mind to bits showing the people of Isreal why progressive is the shit! One of the most incredible acts to land in the holy land Ever! Massive Massive Massive respect to Liquid soul!
Moving on to the rest of the review: The location was a desert location in the south. Great place, altough slitely different for "Negev Mineralim", the Empire's usual spot. The party itself was big. I can't estimate exactly how many people their were at the party, but i felt it was more than usual. Anyway, as allways, the crowd was the best crowd possible, no faces, no kids, no Full-On freaks. Just good people looking to enjoy the progression session! Deco was top notch as usual & the bonus sprinkler system was just the right sullotion for the desert summer heat.
Really a mindblowing party, with pure progressive music & pure progressive people.
Keep it up "Imperia"! the sky's the limit...

good location great deco.
the music was great
i got while yossi was playing didnt like his set some
after him asaf gave a great set!
yotopia were good to!
and liquid soul were rocked!
after liquid soul i left so i dont know what happen after
anyay great party as usal! |

Whoa, it was utterly gorgeous!
The people, the music, the decoration. Even the dogs were beautiful!
And thanks to the rastaman with the beautiful laugh, to show us all how fun life can be.
and a bigger thanks to Pavel, who brought me to that amazing party!

Fun fun fun.
I came with Moti (PsyGoatDelic), Nadav (dj Nadav), Lyri and my friend Gabriel.
The first Dj wasn't really my cup of tea but the one that came after, Assaf i think blew my brain into pieces. What a set, i recognised only Sensient but it all was great great twisted night prog set. What a rush.
Yotopia was quite good as well although not as live as one might expect. Liquid Soul sent me to the chill out area cause i was exhausted already. And then we left.
And cheers to ND, you nutter, always pleasure to meet you.
Thumbs up for the Empire for the deco, the sound, and the freaky crowd, including the Rasta whale.

it was really worth the long ride.
the mamterot is a great solution for the heat - bet theres got to be something to do with the deus we dig up to the sky.
really enjoyed and so did my friends.

this may not eb very "in the spirit" but i must say, that laugh has been chasing me since thier party in the winter, thru abunch of moksha and empire parties thru to marijauan day. that fucking laugh is driving me nuts, its as if god placed it on a frequency uninhabited by any other sound so that no matter what the background sound is it will penetrate your brain. it's driving em fucking nuts.

Well we came by bus & let me say it's so nice not to drive for a change , came there with doubled powers thanks empire for the bus it's a nice "pinuk"...
back to our buissnes , we came to there when yoss was almost wrapping up & unlike all here i really enjoyed your set also smooth mixing thumbs up! after came Assaf nice set though i heard better preformances by him , some glitches m8 not that smooth...
heard Yotopia before and i can say this, one of your best sets ever by far really good job!
Then came capo (liquid soul) very fresh groovy stuff good job m8 hope to see ya more here!
all in all a supah paar teeeey! till the next one!

The party was just terrific.I don't remember such a wonderful one for a long time.Everything was just perfect and it seems that the organizers thought about every detail starting from map and direction explantation by email.
Location was awsome.We put a tent really near to the party and brought a car to the tent.
The place was big enough and people density was just ok.Enough place to dig which is rare in the parties.
Decorations at night were tremendous -especially this violet things on the trees.
It wasn't hot at all during the night(desert) and the water sprinkler just gave me a new life in the morning.
Music + sound system - no words.
And the most imporatant thing - The crowd.
I don't know how imperia managed to gather such a good people. It is twice surprising since I didn't recognize anyone (usually i see a lot of the same people from one party to another).It seems like imperia has her own crowd.
All in all the atmosphere was really m
ind-blowing and these are almost the only organizers which i really trust don't do it for money.
