Well, as far as the west goes, I think that Green Sector has us beat by about a week (if you don't count New Year's Day):

So, March 17th and March 31st are occurring BEFORE February 18th this year? I kinda need to know, because I have gigs on the 31st and on February 24, and I need to know how to re-arrange my calendar.  |

I guess you could call this one of the first nightime outdoor events of the season... But such distinctions really aren't important to me - having fun and having a good event are. |
