I heard a track by this group on the Garden State soundtrack and decided to buy their CD. AMAZING! Top quality production and great music overall. There are alot of words - but there are some instrumental tracks which would be beautiful if played in the evening! Check it out!

Here is the track list:

1. I Have Seen
2. Polaris
3. Destiny
4. Give It Away
5. Simple Things
6. Red Dust
7. Distractions
8. In The Waiting Line
9. Out Of Town
10. This World
11. Likufanele
12. End Theme
13. Salt Water Sound
14. Spinning

I really liked this album too, though I know a few people who really didn't. It's such a mellow ride, you can just kick back and let it play itself out while you relax.

My favourite was the first track I Have Seen because I think the bass is gorgeous and that voice...tastes just like honey

Yup, this record holds a couple of pretty good tracks inbetween. A fine and smooth ride, all in all.

I especially liked "Destiny" as well as "Give It Away" and "Red Dust". The last mentioned track has to be my favorite - it has a wonderful melancholic feeling to it.

one of my favorite albums, and the CD's piled smack in between my chillout collection. zero7 live sessions for this album are great too... flows so well even though each track is so different.

anyone seen the waiting line video ? pretty cool stuff.

well the second album is good... but it just doesn't have the groove that the first album does. I heard they are coming out with another release - that should be interesting!

my fav tracks on this album are destiny and salt water sound. The woman's voice is just beautiful!           ToO mUcH pReSsUrE oN tHe BrAiN

yeah, brilliant indeed. highlights (hits) are probably Destiny, In the waiting line and Give it Away, but all the rest of the tracks here are simple bliss.

If you're into the vocal side of this band, try to look up bands like Fenomenon (with tracks like Hypersleep, Can't they be good or their remix to Circe de soleil's "El Pendulo") or Afterlife ("Falling", "Breather", "Makes me feel" or their all time favorite remix to Jakarta's "American dream").

love,

Wonderful music, indeed!! And, it is true that they are working on a third album. If you're into the instrumental side of Zero 7, can't forget Fragile State. Neil Cowley of Fragile State toured with Zero 7 as a keyboard player.           ****keep the peace****

After watched "Garden State" Zero 7 like re-born for me for a while, music fits very well that movie.
Anyway, what i want to say now is yesterday got to know there is a compilation coming VA 'Layered Sounds', after listening to samples here http://www.bedrock.uk.net/layeredsounds/player.html i found one track by Terry Grant 'I'll kill you' (Softly) with similar to Zero's 7 mood, with great female vocal, very soulful and i'm listening to it 2nd day already . All this makes me worth getting that compilation even for this one track. So if you into Zero 7 i'd checked at least that track also .

Peace ppl

Another really good band that I have been listening to is Fila Brazillia.

A little more FUNKY than Zero 7 - actually in many ways completely different.

I just thought i'd mention it!

A great song of theirs is 'soft music under stars' which is probably one of my favourite tracks!
