145-155 (i write mostly at 150 and some times 145-148). But there are always exceptions... And i talk only 'bout psy. Some chill stuff i ll do them in 92-119 and drum n bass 167-175.

i told already that the 'lucky' number (hehehe) is 148
now for trance music or dancing my prefered range is 140-150 exactly...
now for chill or dub tracks it depends !!!
