130-144 it depents the place ,the mood ,the dj skills and for sure on what substance im on,,,,,but i think generally
138 -142 is enough to shake my body with my brain at the same time,,, |

Actually, it's not of big importance on bpm. Important is that the track sounds good to my ears when I hear it and that depends on a lot of things, like mood, body and mental condition, place, music quality, etc. but usually 135-155 is ok for me (for psy trance).
