dehydration is not just loss of water from the body but along with essential salts like nacl&kcl.these r a must for a proper brain and muscle function.this will explain those hurting muscles after a party calf,lower back &shoulders.
so to replace these salts r essential to keep away from hangover.
ELECTROL as called in india and 'ORS'worldwide wich is generally used in treatment of loose stools is amazing in curing hangovers also.
check it out guys....works all the time.
have a packet in 1 liter of water b4 sleep and when waking up.zero hangover |
