sorry for starting a silly topic but i know a lot of us suffer from hangovers ..wud b nice to know what u folks around the world do to cure them 
ill begin .. orange juice and some fruit

hmmm.... I know a few approches...
1-fried eggs and a side of meat of some sort (pork chops work well)
2-sausage and egg mcmuffin with 2 hash browns from mcdonalds(the only time I eat there is to fix a hangover before going to work)
3-the never fail is hair of the dog that bit you  |

Drink glass of water between every drink throughout the night, sparkling if you may.
Keeps your body hydration in better balance and you feel better in the morning. And never drink to empty stomach. Hangover sex shouldn't be underestimated, lol. |

Hehe, yes water before you sleep.. In the morning a lot of ketchup  I do not know why but it helps

these are the four steps to cure any hangover. depending on what you took it, each step might take longer or shorter time... or not all at (point #4)
1. Eliminate the poisons either by absorbing or processing them.
2. Slowly recalibrate your cells.
3. Eat extra minerals and vitamins.
4. Sleep.

the ultimate cure for an alcohol hangover:
BLOODY MARY
There is no substitue for a Bloody Mary. Ounce for ounce the curative factors involved in this drink are astonishing. There are not enough good things that can be said about this drink in curing a hangover.
And honestly, if you hate tomato juice, don't worry, I DESPISE tomato juice, it generally makes me sick thinking about it. BUT TRUST ME. Once you add the other ingredients it becomes a different substance, which you will really love! That is a science fact!
It is the ultimate weapon in any fight against hangover pain. The only problem is you will become progressively more useless as you drink more and more of them, but then you weren't going to do anything anyway. And certainly, if you had that hangover still you'd be lying in bed will the blinds closed!
Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka
6 oz Tomato Juice (NOTE: if you can find "Beefamato," use it- this will make the ultimate Bloody Mary. So good you will be amazed actually)
4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce (this may be the secret 'x' ingredient)
2-3 drops tabasco sauce
A celery stick should be jammed into this thing also - you can consider the celery stick 'breakfast.'
You will feel better in about 15 minutes.

I prefer to be away form medicines as much as possible so no valium and all for me.
Yes. Drink lots of water before going to sleep. I always get my throats fcucked due to all the smoking so it is very necessary that you drink lot of water and keep a bottle by your side too.

just smoke a good portion of mj every time you able to do so and you will find yourself always in good mood and great condition and try to do it even instead of using alcohol and it will help as well
