after lsd i have no hangover or anything like that.after alcohol wich i can say i like, i have. other drugs i don't like much and i don;t think there are much things to do after.. |

when you finish to drink and before you sleep try to take at least 1 litre of water or better, gatorade, coconut water or whatever rehydrating thing, eat easy to diggest and high nutritive food like nuts, almonds, fruit, fish, rice etc. when u awake, a lot of liquids, and more high nutritive easy to diggest food |
