I thought it could be cool to make a mix of videos for everyone to share the reggea tunes they most like. I suggest videos because otherwise people make long lists of names that get lost because people don't look them up. So a youtube video takes you straight to the song you want to share.

I will start with these videos:

He's my favourite reggae artist, has that roots magic
Psylosopho and D-fragmental, if you liked Burning Spear and Yabbie You, I'm sure you'll like Eek A Mouse

yeah that Eek a mouse is really nice, I have been listening to ganja smuggling a lot lately.

"Dung dere in the ghetto I go, where sufferation I once know, ey
Mummy an daddy, all a' we so poor, we all had to sleep on the floor
Storm it come and it blow dung me door, me ha fi nail up me window
Me shoes tear up, me toe just a show, me nuh know a where fi really wan' go"

And this is a real classic:

Dem a vampiyah!!! DEM A MURDERAH!

Alpha Blondy - sebe allah ye

Alpha blondy - marijuana

Alpha blondy - Brigadier sabari

I really love this one. I don't know the words but I feel the feeling very much:

And do check this out, hear that vibe:

Groundation- Jah Jah know
Discovered this band about a year ago, been in love with them since. It's all about the instrumental breakdowns. Absolutely amazing:

Chezidek- Inna di Road

Many many others but can't reallllly be bothered to search youtube

Thanks for recommending Chezidek, he has some nice original catchy rythms.

I found these two more videos I like of him:

and this last one is maybe more comercial/cheesy (the chorus specially) but it remainds me of that great nude stoner beach Zipolite in Mexico:

los pericos - runaway
