An international chillout lineup! Its about time... chill seems to be the most devolped genre when it comes to American artists so it would be nice to bring them all together for one big melting session.

Shulman

oh god.

to be honest though...they are probably the best at what they do - commercial full on - keeping their cheese still somewhat psychedelic and original, rather than abandoning the psytrance base completely (infected mushroom, skazi)...and they are virtually perfect technical DJs

In no order of preference:
1. Alien Project
2. Quadra
sum (1, 2) = Save the Robot! Boom boom!
3. Space Cat
4. S>Range
5. Indra (OMG - very full-on, so layered!)
6. Atomic Pulse
7. Melicia
8. Ultravoice
9. Electric Universe
10. System Nipel
11. Fatali

I'd be interested in knowing if any of these are group-names of artists, like Save the Robot, so do enlighten moi           "To fathom hell or soar angelic, just take a pinch of Psychedelic."

and anyone that would bag on someone else because of their musical tastes does not understand the goa spirit either.....

Granted though GMS is awful, but its not ones place to say someone does not understand something just because they may like something you do not.....

@ Dan Vapid .... GMS technically perfect dj's ???Are you kidding?? They dont beat match. Its all ambient fades. The rest of the spum family is composed of preety solid djs but Rickam and Banzi are kinda the bottom of the barrell in that dept if you ask me (Chicago not withstanding)
but i will give them credit for being chill nice guys, and for the status they have, they dont have any of the shitty attitude that IM or Skazi have.

this is great, i have to jump in on this!
Skazi and IM have definitely abandoned psytrance. nothing psychedelic man just commercial.
they are on some rock star trip. i give it to them, back in the day they produced some killer psychedelic trance.
but now they must have run out of ideas, have a huge fan base and just slap whatever together and know, rest assured, that whatever they wrote, good or not, psychedelic or not (STICKING TO THE ROOTS OF OUR GENRE or not) they will make money. to each their own, but to me, these guys aren't psytrance anymore man.
i just heard the new IM "Becoming Insane (Radio Mix)" yeeeeaaa.. pretty much this song is wack! in that GMS video, thats song is WACK!
all music like this, i personally dont consider psychedelic. therefore, no longer deserve to be called psytrance.
a few artist, if i may add, that do produce some serious psychedelic trance are...
Derango, kindzadza, psykovsky, yab-yum, etc, etc, etc.

Dude, you are so wrong! Sorry, but a couple yeas back, the last time I heard Bansi play a set it was crappy and awful music, but for sure he had great mixing skills.           SPQR

well the 3 times ive had the displeasure of seeing them, i have i never heard a beat match.
Granted 1 time was a pure live, so that out of the equation, but the 2 other times it was press play at the begining of a track, and either ambient mix, or do the cheaters beat match, of hitting play right on a beat as the last beat of the old track droped

maybe they were too wasted,(which does happen often with them) or in shitty moods those nights, but they did not match beat one....
