jaia for sure is cutting edge - his music is very innovative and musical. I think that tripswitch albumns is one of the best albumns I have heard this year. Also I am really diggin the Max Maxwell and TKS stuff - its very good - oh and how can I forget NSE - just heard samples but the music is very very good. |

yep...nice one Sergio & Margherita...that Smadj...really reccomended the album "Take it and Drive" with Rokia Traore between the guests...
I orgot to mention some innovators from oz:
Rip Van Hippy
The Necks (a "psyJazz" trio doing amazing albums with only one track each 60 min long...Hanging Gardens my favourite)

Yes i did like soul vibration alot, and seeing a Manasseh tune in there was also nice as it took me back in days when i was a dub activist with my dreadlocks! And very nice to see new coming acts doing such wonderfull and innovative stuff as Nagual Sound Experiment Chimera, Organismic, and all the others are doing...best of lucks to your project with them! |
