Michael Moore is loud and obnoxious. Peter Jackson is a good director and I hope he'll find better scripts to work on soon than all those silly monsters movies he did so far.

i cant really recall some of his movies like the "frighteners" and "heavenly creatures"(propably i have seen them and i just cant remember),but if you are talking about braindead pavel, then allow me to disagree because i thought it was one of the greates splatter comedies ever.and alongside with "meet the feebles" and the lord trilogy ,it is enough for me to put him in my"good directors"list.still not the best though.if i had to give my best 7 they would be:
1.stanley cubrick
2.david fincher
3.danny boyle
4.quentin tarantino(alone or back2back with rodriguez)
5.fransis ford copolla
6.woody allen
7.james mangold

Akira Kurosava, Jim Jarmousch, Coen brothers, Burton, Tarantino, Kusturitsa, Kubrick
but i consider the best of all Kurosava
i cant get enough of Samurai films
check the director Makaki Kobayashi's film - "HARAKIRI" (1962)
best of the best samurai film EVER
