people, people, i'm disappointed, if you, the most colorful and happy people in israel are starting to feel blue, well, that just means there's nothing more to hope for, and so cheer up, as for the parties, i'm sure it's mainly the bad weather here this holiday, when that'll go, the parties will be out for sure, and if some dj from abroad doesn't want to come, well, we've got djs of our own who're pretty damn good, and we've got a few friends from outside that will come.
so, really, put that bad mood aside, put a nice booming cd in your stereo, and go dancing in your room, or anywhere you feel like, believe me, no terrorist will come to the music and shoot ya :) so just SNAP OUT OF IT :D
hope to give you all a good review tomorrow of a party going on today with djs from abroad in tel-aviv, may we all jump with joy :) |

You guys lack Optimism.
last year people said Green house effect won't show up to the TDE.
last year people said the infected Mushroom new Album won't succeed cause it's not "Infected".
Green House Rocked the tribal dance experience. Infected's new Album Sold Gold and is considered to be their most complete work to date. ergo - optimistic thoughts prevailed here.
Be Positive. if you'll be a constant pessimistic, than things will never happen.
more to the point, yes zombie, i rely on the flyer. and since i Heard of NO (repeat, NO) cancelation on RD or USTA's side, i am keeping things on the optimism. is that so bad? or do you guys insist on putting on the gloomy face and say: "and what if they won't come"? Cheer up! don't let the bad mood turn in to the most important factor here. if people still party (And party just a bullet's range from the Gaza Strip), than by all means, Life Goes ON!

sure jason... we are all Optimists, and we wanna see all the guys come here and play. and we will continue going to parties and be happy and smily as much as we can, but u gotta face the truth... most people dont wanna come to this place coz of the situation.
but lets all hope for better times...

i dont mean to insult anyone and every man with his taste but israeli dj's dont do it (for me anyway) anymore....
we need a real teva party soon with good outside dj's (finlandim!!!!) to forget about the crap in our country and 2 release all of our aches and pains..... like the old times.... |

israeli dj's dont do it (for me anyway) anymore....

Well, it's the opposite with me. don't get me wrong, i respect all, but i always go and listen to anything israeli out there... and some of them are really good, excellent actually. i can name the names, but we all know them.
Another thing: in the House scene, there are a lot of israeli DJ's, none that really match any of the top world DJs. going to a party of Christian smith for example and you can hear the diffrence between a top dj and 'Israeli' dj. I have only two israeli DJ in house that i repsect - Ofer nissim (Shirazi) and Nir Segal.
In the trance scene we are there, people, i hear Top world djs and israeli and we are in the level... also we have some really great tracks that are respected everywhere ...
A little "FIRGUNE" here people. im at least happy to know that even no DJ arrive from abroad, we are still in good hands with our own.
