I still do not understand why artists release on half-ass labels.. i don't mean to be bashin YSE right now, but it seem's its not the first time i hear problems with that label......

anyways, very happy to see Scorb trying to solve this problem.. You rock.. see you in Montreal for newYears..

"this is the problem with mail order" indeed, as the owner of a floundering record store in Camden I would use this and many other examples of the reason why one should use a store when u can.U get proper help in selecting the cd. Most of the time we tell you of a problem on the track list. If we missed it you can bring it back. Support your shops, they pay more overheads they sell more expensive but you get better service. After sending a lot of e-mails to alex@millenniumrecords.com (Yellow Sunshine Explosion records) since the last year, I still got no answer from him. He is ignoring my e-mails even after coming here (in a deleted post) and saying that if anyone had any problem with him just send him a mail (I sent a lot).

It's been a lot of time and I still don't have the track I bought.

Sorry to hear that. If it makes you feel better, just think of it as one of those things that you just let go...sometimes people are horrible.

i'm sorry, this post won't be much of a use to you, but i just think it's hilarious the thread-starter posts about a pressing mistake and people almost instantly start bashing psyshop

you must have used a a credit card to make a payment.. just call your credit card company and complain about the charge and you can tell them what happened.. they set up a dispute against the charge and get in touch with the compnay that charged you on your behalf.. if its a small cost then they might credit that amount to you directly... IT WORKS!.....           So drunk i can brarely spell.
