Where does this lead?

Hi people... i was just thinking... This whole trance scene, the music, the tribe, the ritual and all the psychadelic culture have been issues of much interest to a research project that i'm doing.
The questions that i would like to ask to you, are the following:
Where is this all going to?
How do you imagine the future, considering that trance culture will change something about the way people see life and the world?
Do you all have the same dream I do?
Are we all just a bunch of dancing fools, or are we indeed people who hope for trance to give people a chance to see beyond (un)reality?
Well... i'm in one of those days... i can't stand some things anymore... I mean, i don't get pissed off, because I love everybody around me, and i know that it is better to take everything with a smile... but... some people are just so uncomprehensive....
Sorry if i sound depressing, but.... I just want to know where do people think this will lead us! Thank you

the thing is that you thinking about "how its gonna be..."
arnt you fascinated of the present?
i cant tell you how its gonna be in the future cause i havnt been there yet... (and when is the "future"?) i didnt know we have some kind of goal... i know that i found something that i realy love, if that was my goal then now im living it.
the Trance culture is always in movement... where does it lead? dono...
but if it wont be good, we will all fined our way to be happy beautyfull and beloved "bunch of dancing fools"
btw,
bunch of fools, ppl who hope for trance to give people a chance to see beyond (un)reality, - call it whatever you want it, but in my opinion its exactly the same thing, this is what we are love,
what about the Metal scene? or the Hip Hop scene? are they a bunch of fools like us? maybe they think that they can give you a chance to see byond...
we are all different ppl, ofcoures there will be some uncomprehensive...
believe me, if god wanted us to be the same, he would never create someone like me
ill end with this:
if you're doing a research project about it then the future is happaning now! we are all having the same dream, just the ways to rich it are different...
leave the future, live the present.
and if you are waiting for something to change, then i think that u dont feel so good right now. change what you dont like.
keep on smiling , damn! its so good to be a fool!!

well said nova... i like to live in the moment..and enjoy every moment to the fullest...life becomes a blast that way... forget the past,dont worry about the future,live in the now...works beautifully for me.
which is why i never thought about where this is leading... im just enjoying myself!!
trance culture has definately changed the way i see life and the world around me...and the change is for the better... i consider myself lucky for this... but i never imagine the future..i'm taking it as it comes...
i dream about being as happy as i am now,forever.i dream about a happy world. i dream about malana creme..alot(its a recurring dream!!!) 
psychedelic trance has a selective audience...it appeals to not many people...and when i go to a trance party..what i love most is the fact that every single person there looks like theyre having a blast!! theres no lyrics,language etc which makes me feel at one with everthing/one around me..i love that too...so id say trance culture HAS given me a chance to look beyond (un)reality... i hadnt got this chance elsewhere...its only now that i think of these things.... hopefully theres many many ppl like me out there...
i was trying to think right now...for the sake of answering your question psy_dokter...as to where i think this will lead us... and i really cant think of one... hopefully to a world of more tolerant,understanding and most important..aware people!!

one doesn't improve his environment by living the moment imho, i see long term projects as very important building blocks of a bright future. How else can it get better? simply waiting for something without working on it is simply very unlikely to happen!
I don't know what's ahead of "us", if there is such a unity as most idealists among us would like to believe.
will "we" actually influence the way people think? what part of their thinking would you want to change? to what extend do we even share a common vision with eachother?
Sure we find our common peace in dance, music, art, and other forms of "recreation", but I think it would take more than that to have any lasting influence outside these areas.
those who are more into the spiritual "assets" of our "scene" might actually do large things, spreading thoughts and way of thinking, consiousness. if this is really is the majority of the scene i won't discuss, i couldn't known. i'm curious for their children in the future, if my friends start raising kids and educating them with some of the thoughts they are sharing now...
but what happened to the children of the past? where did they go?
Sure i know some older people, up to very respectable ages, that share "our way of thinking", in and outside the scene... but far from the number i would expect to see when i look back on far larger "movements" in the past with near to identical ideals to "ours"...

While you're dancing, you're thinking... It's amazing...

Trance doesn't lead you to anywhere. You are only driven by yourself. It just opens the doors. If you want to enter the door, you can. If you don't, you'll never find out.
Some ppl take it religiously, others think it's just about taking drugs.
It's you who has to choose what you want Trance to be.
Choose for the best!!!

Yes is see... that's sort of what i think too, but sometimes i just have to be sure that someone thinks the same way.... Damn!!! (un)reality sometimes fools us all!! Sometimes there seems to be something larger than ourselves... like that matrix thing, you know?
It seems that there actually IS a BigBrother freak watching you all the time, and controlling every step of the way just to make you fall!!! The parties are just so good! You feel that he can't reach you there, like a sacrate place! Yes, that's it! The parties are like places where the BigBrother can't touch you, because there is too much compassion in the atmosphere!!! The love shield!!!
