whats so special about the full moon??

hello people...it has come to my notice that most people party on the full moon night.
can anyone tell me the link between a full moon and a party?
is it just another excuse to party or is there really something behind a full moon party? |

the fullmoon is known since hundred of years for his energies...
and its a very important part of many ancient cultures! for example, almost all magic rituals few hundred years ago were heald at fullmoon...and like these rituals, we take our partys today at fullmoon!
I could explain a few hours more, but I think thats enough to get the point...

the moon has something to do with LUNACY (madness).......it comes from the word lunar........
every individual is affected differently by the moon on a full moon night..........
i guess all the parties are held to channelise and bring out this insanity

its good to make parties during full moon, there is much natural lights and u need spend less fuel in generator for lighting:-)

Yes the full moon is a great light, you dont have to run around in the dark to try and find your tent! hehe...But i will tell you what is better than full moon party> Total Solar Eclipse Parties! These are the BEST! Where the moon crosses right over the sun, the most amazing thing, but, next one:March 2006, a bit away, so start saving, i think maybe it will be in Brazil  |

The moon energie influencies the water (tides, etc)
70% of the human body is water
Some tests have showed that full moon night ppl get much more active, for example, the full moon nights are always the nights with more house robberies....weird...  |

ok the actual answer is ofcourse involving the ancient tradition of the werewolves. you see back in medieval days, werewolves used to throw mass full moon "tranceformation" raves where they would all feast on flesh and dance to psytrance till the sunrise, this is when the vampires went home and the dancefloor cleared up a bit. dj lestat, his queen - akasha and mael could probably tell you about some of those wild nights.
