Theother thing is maybe use some tough but not nasty words to stir them up, also talk to yur credit card company, they usually are good at advising you, but if you make a fraud claimit better be a lot of money, I made a claim after travelling to Mlaysia and someonein Japan had pent $500us, and I've never been to Japan in my life. They said it'll take up to 12-18 months to be investigated as they have more urgent cases!

Greetings to all

This thread was brought to my attention and I would like to make a few points .

First of all, we want you to be satisfied !! We will go out of our way in order to achieve this ! If anyone has any problem with any aspect of our service please contact us via the webform on our site and we will reply within 1 business day, and normally within a few hours but please bear in mind weekends, public holidays and the time difference between you and us - our site might be operational 24/7, with any luck, but *we* work normal office hours. You may also contact us by phone or email but there are occaisional problems sending and/or receiving email due to spam filters, ISP blocking, black holes etc so we urge you to use the webform initially, and if you do not receive a timely reply please use it again. If it appears you are not receiving our reply then we will contact you by alternative means such as another email account or by phone.

Second, regarding transit times, we have 2 delivery methods: courier and airmail. If you choose courier then your shipment should be sent within 1 working day (again bearing in mind time differences etc) and you should receive it within 2 to 3 working days depending where you live. In some cases it is overnight (eg Japan, parts of Australia) Some remote locations take slightly longer. Courier shipments have online tracking which is very accurate and useful. Airmail is generally very reliable and shipments should be received within 5 to 10 working days ie 1 to 2 weeks. However the international postal system does not always work perfectly. We are able to trace most airmail packages but this takes some time. We know that this is frustrating if it happens and we will do our very best to expedite the process and maybe offer some compensation depending on the circumstances.

Third, if items are broken in the post or there is some defect then you may return the item to us by airmail and we will send you a replacement and credit you for the cost of the return postage. But please contact us first before doing so.

Fourth, in some exceptional circumstances such as staff sickness or public holidays, we might experience a backlog of orders which could result in a delay. Again I would urge anyone who is concerned about their order status to contact us !

And finally we welcome any suggestions on how to improve the service !

i have ordered cd's from www.saikosounds.com for about 3 years now and i have never encountered a problem. and that i commend you guys. my wife ordered 10 cds for me for christmas and i recieved one of them free!!!!! respect to the hong kong krew!!

Saikosounds is great! I have ordered Cds from them for 4-5 years, and never had a problem... Great selection, great service, fast shipping, good prices etc.

look guys.. I just want to say that saikosounds sorted everything out for me

not only will they refund me, but they offered to give me a free cd next time I order from them

These guys are simply the best when it comes to costumer relation!

I recommend buying from them.. no 'roundabout' talks, they say it all straight and help you with anything!

Hey yes they were great dealing with my problem in the end, and I admit that maybe I was in the wrong for judgin them... I won't go into details but Rob and I ahev sorted it out via email and look forward to future business as may others here will. Respects to all involved in this discussion.,

I also think so. I also think that mainly you've rushed things too much.

Ppl, I really think that there is no need to open a thread here everytimes things don't work for you with a shop/label/party organization etc. Try to work things privately. A lot of people read this forum and you have to be responsible with what you write.

I am of course happy that ppl can communicate matters over this forum, that's the point of it of course. But, maybe be a bit more cautious.

As for saikosounds, I've known the shop since it started, ordered quite a few times from it to my complete satisfaction, and have never heard anything bad about their service in all the web trance communities I've been on.

Plus they're cheap

I posted some stuff about Saikosounds earlier this year questioning their customer policy but I want to say they have great response and service.

I ordered 5 cd's from them about 7 working days ago and it hasn;t arrived... now I"m gonna give it til the endof this week as it is by air mail, but I let them know and they responded straight away saying that they'll replace the cd's at no extra cost.

This is better customer service than any shop I've been to in all my travels. Great service and big respects to the Saiko crew, you'll always have a buyer in me

I have ordered a fair bit from these guy's too, and have never encountered any problems. I will continue to order from them in the future; I think their site is top notch - especially as their samples are so long (4 mins at 33kbps), I don't think anyone else can beat that at the moment.

I wonder when, or if, they will start selling mp3's, I would definately be interested in buying lossless FLAC files from them....

I never used other online stores and I'm quite happy that saikosounds was my first choice.
Great prices for the CDs and also cheap and fast delivery and free cd for big orders + fantastic service :]
And what i liked most is that saikosounds is located on the other side of the Earth and they ship to Bulgaria and for some reason other online stores do not want to operate with bulgarian custumers, which really pisses me off >:||| How can I get better service from ppl which are 10000km away

So i hope saikosounds will continie in the right way :]]

maaaan, whats up with this new saikosounds design?

I mean, sure a change is always nice.. but its not really functional, its kinda weird..

like at the main page, the place where the new cds appear, that seems really unorganized..

and what about this ´add to wishlist´ button, it has a weird black line on the top of it (see in the link below the pic of how it appears)

and my last complain: what is up with this jukebox thingie?! that just makes it more complicated, and it doesnt work here.. Why dont you leave it as it was before, with samples in either mp3 or real player?!

please do something about this
