January is coming very soon with the 4th INFECTED MUSHROOM album. and i need to find out something.
imho: Infected have 3 (main) stiles:
1/ the gathering
2/ classical mushroom
3/ b.p.empire
there are people that would like that the new album will be in the gathering stile or in in the classical. there are people that dont like b.p.empire at all.
so in which group are you?
1/?
2/?
3/?
4/all?
what do you expect from the 4th album to be?
as for me: i love all the IM albums. but most of all the 3rd. and i want that the next album will be in a totally new stile

infected change their style all the time.
and their latest style is different than bp empire's.
imo its:
1: the gathering - classical (its not very different)
2: bp empire
3: 4th album style
and i like ALL, espeically the lastest style. (birthday ep, samahuta, and the new samples from the new album)

I want the new one to be different from others. I am really curious about the chill out part too, something like Elevation maybe... And there could be some tracks with vocals, like Birthday... And some tracks like Smahutta. So in the way i want it, it must be really long to fit in all these different kinds of tracks.  Maybe they could make it on 2 CDs???

i would say Classical Mushroom with some new touches and some The Gathering spice
about the ambient part
i dont give a shit, infected make awesome ambient i trust them

i'd like to be in clasical mushroom style and it is, to some extent.
it actually is something inbetween B.P. empire and the clasical M........and it rox
the melodies are back at least
about the second part-havent heard it but i'm looking forward to

I think IM has a very unique style.
Each album is different than the other,
but I prefer more of The Gathering's wicked style and Classical Mushroom's beautiful melodies than any other style.
Then again, I am open-minded and ready for anything new and fresh they have stored for us.

Classical Mushroom style for sure, the best of the Infected albums. Wonderful melodies and sound. Of course, it wouldn't be wrong to have tracks like Tasty Mushroom and The Gathering.
Actually all three IM albums are very good, the only stuff I dont like is the new stuff. Birthday EP, really awful  (I hate vocals btw)
Btw, will the track "Ballerium" be on the new album? It sounded really cool when I heard the sample.
