My question is why israilens make parties and have such diversion and don´t figure out the problem that is in their lands, how such brutality is possible in ourdays,
plzzz make the movement right, dance for a cause and not for the drugs, release yourself for something that could change something bigger, make pressure in the goverments against israel brutality.

Oh no.
Please don't start this conversation about politics and trance.
2 different issues.
want to talk about politics? Go to a political forum.
Sorry for being brutal, but in politics it's hard to convince others, therefore useless discussion.           Majority is never right!

Pretty strange and offtopic question, but I'll try to answer you.
First of all let me ask you a backward question: How comes Argentinian people still playing and adoring football? How comes Russian still drinking vodka?

First of all, many things you see on TV are perverted and over-loaded with terrible scenes.
Second, you need to live in the country, or at least to be familiar with its history and its interns.
Third, we are doing it for many reasons - here are some of them :
1. You must be very strong-minded person not to go wild living here without any reason to be happy or just without clearing sometimes your mind.
2. We need to show the world that we are still exist and kicking, we need to show terrorists we are going on to live and to enjoy here.
3. We still got all the staff people need for a good party. We have our nature and our DJs - this is a saint earth!!!           Always remember you're unique, just like everyone else.

But Hian, this is exactly the reason why I party, and why I put so much effort into trance.
Politics is not my arena, I don't like that game, I don't take part in it, I reject its basic rules and presumptions.

I believe that if you wanna change you gotta be (check my signature)- so I dance, and try to spread different vibes around me. And I believe that a good party can make a change- you might not be able to follow that change step by step, but I believe it exists- a party, the right kind of party has powerful energies inside it- I believe you all know that- energy is change.
Now of all times it is most important to party, to make good parties, to show that people can be together, unite, share, connect- regardless of anything.

god....i can barely hold myself and not writing here and explaining him the political situation here...

* first of all trance is not connected to politics.
* do u see palestinians do anything against their brutality?
* the people of ISRAEL are still strong enough and go to trance events, that shows that we are still "kicking" and our enemies didnt succeed in their mission
* in trance parties different people with different thoughts are meeting and having fun together (israel is a huge mixture of these people)

israel has lots of bad things (now is a real hard period) here, do you think we should stop one of the good ones? should we ruin it and mix politics with it?

I DON'T THINK SO!!!

Believe me Hujaboy that if this thread is here it's because I think it belongs here- this was a good question about parties, and I think that the discussion is important.           ---------------------------------------------

i think the situation in this country is the biggest reasone for ppl to try to forget everything even for a few hours and go to party.that's the resone why lots of israelis grabbe their stuff after the army and go to explore the world. because we learnt in the hard way that we have to take care of the country but olso for our insanity.
the problem is:the ppl who make parties can't make peace in the area and the ppl who can make peace doesn't come to party with us.
i wonder what happend if arafat will take one extazy.... he might stop shake, and start to shake hands....

Some party to forget, some party to change.
Kaz & Zombie- you party to forget about life- I party as part of my life.

The moment I started to select carefully the parties that I go to, was in 97 in some Oma Koma party, when I realized that for most of the people around me the party was just a break, just an escape, just a weekend on drugs, something that they take nothing back with them from when they go home. This is not a trance party for me. A party for me is more than that- a real good party is a party that will change something in the life of the people in it when they leave it- is that something that never happend to you???

Since this is the way I see parties it is easy to understand why I think that this discussion is important.
The world doesn't disappear when we party, it's still there, and we're still part of it, however small. This part can make a change. And I think that one of the better lessons you can get from a good party is that there are other possible ways of exchanging energies between fellow humans than the ones usually used in our world, and more radically in our area.

I'm not talking politics- I'm talking life, I'm talking humanity.

Each to his own of course. Karahana is karahana, whatever your motives are. The important thing is to reflect on your life and learn. I learned a lot from parties. I have a much better life now
