Well i always liked many stylles of music (since classical, opera, bossa nova, till.. heavy metal, industrial, Cuban, African, arabian and eletronic music)... since teh 90's i've started giving some prefference to the electronic... first to some brazilian DnB projects, then to the progressive house... i also listen to happy hardcore (not anymore!) then i discovered trance, that was really good for me, nice tunes good sound....and then it was just time for me to find out psychedelic.... and here i am
and here i'll stay!           we are one.

for a truth i dont see any reason or possibility stop going to nature parties, i mean i like nature, i like spend my weekends outdoor and traveling, with my phiziological grwing up i reach more possibilities for that (money, car u know), i also see nothing bad of take kids also, clear air, nature and smiley ppl around cause only good to kids:)
may be mine homelistening practice changing with a time (well, less joints more wine:)) but my free time i like be out of city..
for me good party its a best way to meet friends and be able talk to them as long as i want (thanx shiva parties long:)), its a best way get a fat smile and colorful memories.. somebody prefer get a sofa whole weekend, me like search in forests:)

It began with house for me, but i allways looked for smth a bit more freaky and touching, than i've heard some of sid shanti's compilation (Hypnotic trance 4/Javelin...), ever since it's trance for me.
Sure i'm now opened up for much weirder shit (Autchre, Sonic youth, godspeed and so-on.), but the true love will be Goa/Psy.

I sure do hope to keep it that way in years to come.

Peace. Btw- Mucho Coolio Topico!!!           "The Blues is'nt about making you feel better. It's about making others feel worse, and make a few bucks while you're at it." - "Bleeding gums" Murphey.

hmm, seem to remember that i started listening to things like led zeppelin before having an abrupt hange of heart and becoming a jazz fan listening to coltrane and monk and davis.. gradually i became drawn to some of the more weird fusiony stuff in this genre (you gotta hear in a silent way.. the original ambient album.. eno was still only about 5 years old), then through herbie hancocks later stuff into funk. hence listening to the mid nineties stuff that liked to think of itself as jazzy eg on ninja tune.. one day friend plays me the orb.. then i got into electronic music big time and psy trance principally very quickly. been here ever since mostly though i am still big fan of jazz.           >>love will tear us apart...<<

I feel like i am not satisfied with today's trance, and I don't see myself moving to any other music style either... so it's kinda puts me into a weird position.

As a musician though, I'd try to improve the scene with my ideas about it -

- it's not that im not listening to anything else in my life. I do listen to many stuff - nothing moves inside of me like it did with trance back in years before. So as trance doesn't move anything for me now.

Actually really moving music for me today is Celtic Folk from Ireland and Galicia. Moving inside.

trying to collect emotional energetic ideas from other styles I guess.

It's easy to say, I will only listen to trance when you are around 16-25.

I listen to many different styles today, because it reflects different aspects of myself, I discovered over the years.

tellin' the truth I actually still do like the most music I've liked before..

Atfirst it was:
U2, Nirvana, Michael Jackson, Alanis Morisette..

Then:
Mozart, Beethoven, Sibelius, Albioni..

After that:
Ambient..

somewhere along came Rap.. hell I really do like even EMinem... I also enjoy catchy pop songs..
telling the truth recently I've grown to dislike trance.. I mean I do like some trance.. but most I just find total shit.. so.. what goes for trance.. I don't care.. there's always Mozart
