house can be really chilled out as you have all that you need according to your own style/taste....but safety? can't really say how safe a house can be.....if they wanna bust you,no problem....they do it irrespective of home or a party

well i've been in thailand twich, and i think it's really one of the most COMMERCIAL place on earth..

Japan is a great place for shows, and the people are some of the friendliest in the world, IMO. Just don't wanna get busted with a spliff or anything... |

Though the party scene might be a lil shaky at the moment in india, i still think its the best place to have a nice lil private gathering with your friends if u know the right people, definitely alota freedom.
