Killa, killargh or simply killer is about music that make dying on you because it's so awesome it hurts and makes you feel like being terminated. It's so good it's fatal. <- I think. - words like beautiful, alive, birth, born, paradise are more killar then killer.
On that note: Psykovsky - North or South is such a tumor-infiltrating natural killer cell track!

Killa = killer = something so strong that you can't handle = powerfull = very nice = something you enjoy so much that you forget your physical limits till the point of collapse.
But often some people use this phrase for hardcore things which i think gives a wrong meaning.
We don't use this phrase literally but metaphorically.
It's something like the phrase "rocks".
For e.x. when we say that someone rocks it doesn't mean that he plays rock music but it means that he is a little killer...
