i guess most ppl ask themself the same question u asked...
i have lots of friends abroad who came to visit israel, and each and every one of them got their answers and changed their mind after their visit here.
u just gotta come and see for yourself

I just want to add one thing: Israeli trance involve also israeli arabs, and yes plestinians in our faboulus nature parties... we all danse like crazy to escape from the life we were forced to live... how did we allow that to happen is another co;plicated issue

Well .. Nice question but without any connection .
People are dieing evry where and what that happening here its a nucleate when you see all
whats happen out of here .. India , Indonezia , Ethyopia , afganistan , Sudan And more .
Now .. The music here (I think) are coming from an new generation that grow form a combination of many ppls that came to here from other civilization and cultures (You know its a very young country) . peoples came here from italy and germany and russia and romania , from eiraq and iran , Yaman and moroco , argenitina , Brazil , Greec and many other good places and bring with them they tempo rhythm of where they grow . I think that all that mix (And what that they children listen at home) made this great situation and fertilizat & permit the ground for this actual days and time . many minds from many countrys that associat together to 1 .

the media shows only the bad things, did they show any good stuff about Israel? no they wouldn't cause they need more viewers, and more viewers will turn CNN\Fox or other channels when dramatic stuff will be on the screen. thats what the media seeks for.
come and see, Israel is a great country and you have just saw the bad things just as every country has, there are plenty of good ones as well.

As one from Israel, I can say we take this shit for granted, we are used to all this voilence, killing, terrorists, and whatever is going on.. We read it every day in the newspappers for years, its the same, got worse though, but the same concept, we are probably just used to it..
The way I see it, the trance scene is "kicking" here so much doesnt have alot to do with it. We live our lives, but for some people, the scene is our little bouble, which we use to espace from the outside world, all we have to do is dance and see smieling people all over, and thats it! =)

Well actually, I bet that what you see in other country’s TV, is far from being the full story, what they show is actually bits of information about the full picture...
I guess people embrace this rough reality because they really got no choice, but it's not like we're afraid to step out the door of our homes, but the opposite...
