imho it's the vibe of the track what matters the most, there are some jewels that have both but they are rare imo.

Forza, why did you write quality/story? When you write quality, do you then suggest of a crystal clear production? I didn't quit catch that one  But either way, for me it's the feeling of the track, preffered that psychedelic a bit out of sync strange and mysterius vibe. .. in short that is.

i love all 3 combined for sure
but rather tape quality intresting music then shiny production boring copy paste of gms 2002.. the origin was great but same story again and again getting boring..

I "look" on each tune, how it sound. Even if i don't like the style, i look how song is builded, technically, arrange - story, etc.

the story. the vibe comes second, the production 3rd. but without the story everything seems to fall apart. i can`t see how there can be a good vibe, without a good story...

Look at sensients tracks or krumelurs, i love their music, but i don't think there really is a story in it, not for me at least. It just has a wicked ass vibe to it, done intelligently, not predictable and extremely psychedelic. I guess it just depends.
