But you can view it as Higly Technical fancy electronic music.
Artists? Most psytrance is and should be hi tech.
Example: ' Wow dude, did you hear how Simon Posford took that sound and made it morph into that sound with amazing feelings and presissions??? Man that waS HIGH TECH. lol '

well I heard a lot of people calling some of the newer full on, hi tech full on. for example I heard x-noise and hujaboy make hi tech full on, supposedly .

Hmm for what i know most of the high tech music we now here in mexico it's all the stuff from labels like 3dVision, Materia, Yabai, TimeCode, Nutek, people like absolum,lost and found,Frozen ghost,Outher signal and a lot more.
This is what in mexico is high tech
