Maybe a Guerilla Protest/Party:
A large number of people agree to meet at a busy intersection in the bussiness district at a particular time (exact to the minute) Everyone shows up, someone brings a car to blast the music really really loud (even better a pickuptruck with decks in the back) and a party gets thrown in the middle of the street until it gets broaken up. I guess its a little late for this Mayday, maybe Madyday 2007... whaddayall say?

the DJs pick a number .. say "3" .. and play the 3rd track from each CD they have .. the next DJ picks another number ..

this has been done! Dr. Spook and the shopping cart renegades had people dancing in the streets at the anti war protests in SF a few years back (yes i said a few years!!!! wtf, i can't believe there is still a WAR going on... but i digresssssssss)
and... the Luna.therial party is a costume party, not only the DJ's but everyone will assume their "animal spirit" costume...
