What effect had l.s.d. at psychedelic music?

first of all, to answer the topic's question, i think that it played a major role in this music.
now, i don't know if it is good to take drugs nor if it's a good thing that drugs even exist (really i don't think anyone could say for sure). but, keep in mind that not everything is black and white. there's also a middle way (yparxei kai i mesi odos).
i remember once i asked Joti his opinion on the subject and he said: "use the drugs. don't let the drugs use you".
p.s. if i find out whether it's good or bad to take drugs, i will then give you a straight answer...

Everyone is responsible for his actions.
I believe there isnt 'good or bad' in this matter.
Depends how everyone see it for himself.
The only bad is if u take drugs and your attitude have negative effects to other people.If u can control em and yourself then i think there isnt a problem.
as for the 'brain-damage' and the 'open-mind' discussion the things are clear...
These 2 go together.
When a machine (brain-cell) works too speedy
is normal finally to be burned.

macdeath ,dude ,u missunderstood me,"legalize it " was a reference to the well known reggae song,though if you think about it it would b fun to legalize LSD!!! 
seriously now,acid is very dangerous and should be used with extreme caution guys,if and when done right its a worthy experience.

exactly no...
if you make music, and use some drugs, its better, because you hear teh sounds more clear...etc...etc...
drugs not necessary, but useful;)

I believe with the advent of acid, we discovered new ways to think and it has to do with piecing together new thoughts of mind. Why is it that people are so afraid of it ? What is it about it that scares people so deeply ? Because they are afraid that there is more to reality than they have ever confronted. That there are doors that they are afraid to go in and they don't want us to go in there either because if we go in, there we might learn something that they don't know. And that makes us a little out of their control.

Nats its not that we dont like the link its that it doesnt offer anything to this discussion.
What does the link has to do with the effects of lsd in the psy trance music???
Its rather offtopic i guess.
As about anarchy,before some people start supporting or neglecting anarchy it would be good for them to learn and read WHAT anarchy really is because in Greece we have a tendency to interpret social and political movements in ways very distant from reality....

As I said before the paragraph taken from the LSD track was found in that very ineresting link yoiu are trying to tag as oftopic with ignorance....welll my friend in that link I found the whole foundation of Psytrance....that Hallucinogen paragraph....which is pretty much on topic....so open your eyes once agian and dont look for mistakes in someone posts as for you is the one thats fake. |
