i also agree with fairy, and would like to add if i may that someone's actions depend on the message someone wants to see delivered or perceived by others... if your will is good, your actions will be good as well, because you'll be in the need to see nice things happening around you, and you'll try to donate what you can to help accomplishing such an environment. but sadly not all people have these needs.. or care about anything besides themselves...
what i want to say is that there is some sort of feedback in the system.. you can't give something to others if you don't have it inside of you in the first place and vice-versa: you can't receive something if you don't feel the need to receive it in the first place..
