well as we all know "GOA GIL" the legend and the man that brought us the best of trance music ,,,,,the sets he plays can easly drive u crazy and harm ur brain in a severe way ;;)
but im surprised that lately people i meet dont even have a clue about him !
and nobody give him the apropriate attention in the psyforums,,,,
so for the sake of good music i think that this topic deserves the attention of ur minds....
hit it !

first of all you started the topic with the words "as we all know",right it's all about taste.
and believe me i know what you talking about,and i heard goa gil's sets and production.
but i don't think that trance scene need a"king"
and what i wanted to say is that don't turn your favorite music to another comercial yellow talks
about "king of pop" stuff.so it is not as we all know it is what you know about your favorite artist/dj.

HE WAS one of the first dj's to play in goa. ...AKA Gill Baba...
which started way back in 97-98 in goa...
dosnt mean his presence for a,long time makes him the King...
yes may be in goa..
but i never liked his musik...
and for ur info..
there is only one king of trance tht is lord "shiva" !

instead of spending ur hole time on the pc - do something usefull !!except of talkin so much !

Goa Gil is a good dj who plays twisted psychadeleic trance man
but this doesn't make him the best sometimes his tracks can be boring !!!!
if u r not in proper mood for his music I dig some of his music but i wouldn't say he is the best dj ever cause there' lots of dj coming out and some which we never heard |
