Hello Everyone,
First of all a very happy, healthy and joyous New Year in 2007 to all of you!
Some of you may have heard the rumours already, and now it is time to confirm that Antaro has retired as promoter of the VooV Experience. After 15 years in a leading role in trance culture, he has decided that it is time to move on and do something different: he will set up a guest house/community in Thailand! As soon as more information about his new project is released, we will let you know. We all wish Antaro the best of luck as he begins a new chapter in his life.
But the festival will continue!
To emphasize that a new chapter will begin in 2007 the festival will be renamed the VUUV and it’s logo will be changed.
The location will again be in Putlitz, Germany – right in between Berlin and Hamburg.
Scotty will continue to work with the same amazing crew, which has evolved over more then a decade. The festival concept will be changed a slightly, due to the experiences from the last years, but the spirit of the festival will be the same unique feeling it has represented since the very beginning.
2007 will be a transformation, a recall of the essence of party culture, a move back to the roots and forward to the realisation of new dreams. Certainly you can expect a high quality production since Scotty still has the same love and passion for organizing the festival like he has had since the legendary first VooV Experience party in Sprötze in 1992.
If you expect the best of Psy Trance, visuals and décor, then VUUV will surely be a highlight of the European outdoor festival season.
The new website www.vuuv2007.com will be online in a short while and it will of course be updated frequently.
See you on the dance floor!

thats for sure, but maybe this years edition will be something special again, maybe a new arrangement of festivalsite or something like this... the last years have been pretty much the same... lets see which kind of new experiences the orgs prepare for us  |

well.. the voov sure changed the wey i look et things since i was et the 10th eniversary to voov it changed my thinking about music!!

I agree with Huda, Voov was my first trance party ever and it is a tradition to a lot of the trancers in the globe. The fact that they never publish the line up before also shows that most of the people dont care about the music (that sometimes doesnt fit my style) but about the wonderfull vibe and sense of trance community that you have for a few magical days. I do hope that there will be improvements in the chillout area which was really unsuitable the past year, but besides that I would defenately do the best to come there this year to get that Voov-Vuuv energy back again. Good luck Scotty and the remaining crew and good luck to you 2 Anataro.

Hilf Mir!!
I can't decide whether to go to Vuuv or Sonica this year as they fall on the same dates... Hot, sunny, full on predictable commercial psytrance (that last ones a good thing for me) or laser-filled, atmosphere-enriched hippy vibes? I just don't know.
I knw you'll all be biased, but which one should I go to and why?
