police stop this festival before starts..
actually this party never happened..
the organizers had a permision from the muncipallity and all the papers they need but police stop this cause they expected to come to this party smg like 20.000 ppl and they thought that it would be dangerous to join so many ppl after the recenly protest facts in paris..           give me darma, take your karma..

I think the police need to take a break on this! They are being a big worldwide problem of freedom taking from the people all around the world. In fact i think they are one of the biggest problems in parties because you cannot feel free when they are around and let's face it people still take drugs even if they are there!

Police are like the moderators in this place. They just do their job. Doesn't necessarily mean they're doing it good though... Everybody makes stupid decisions now and then.           "Subconscious unravels at the point of death, and all time it has known erupts into a moment. As death extinguishes us, so we become it."

Well at least its not as bad as in the US where the army comes in and tear-gasses the crowd mid-rave... now that's gotta be a downer when your peaking heh.           Row row row your boats gently down the stream; merrily merrily merrily merrily life is but a dream.

Sorry but after the recent events in France with people making a mini revolution in many cities i find it very logical for the police to stop such an event.

If you ask me the organisers should be aware that they would have problems organising such a big event after all this mess.

And by the way i cant believe that the police didnt inform them before that they should cancel this event.           Toodaloo Motherfuckers!!!!!

actually it's a bit more complicated than that...
it wasn't in paris but in west part of france, where each year , there is a very big pop-rock festival
and each year , a teknival(mostly hardcore music that brings a huge amount of people) happens in the quite same area in the same time like a mark of protest or something like that...this has happened for more than 10 years...
but the main problem comes from the fact that a girl was murdered by knife in the last teknival and the police didn't found any suspects yet...wich means security problems etc..
that's the story

Given the series of events that took place in France, a gathering of that many people IS dangerous.

I don't need to express my love for parties but this is a different story.

The people who rioted in France are not really the type to go to a hardcore/hard-tekk festival...

Doesnt matter, the people who start trouble normally are not there for the music, but just to start trouble.

We're dealing with two different "festivals" here, different place but same "concept" indeed.. It's not the same one from the same organisors being set up again. What happened here is a consequence of what happened during the summer.

Indeed two very different "group" of people, but both having encoutered lots of troubles with the autorities for some long time now.. It's not the first time "free-parties-goers" do fight against the police, and musically there are, in example, some hardcore tracks that contains quite offensive (imho funny, lol) lyrics or spoken words against the governement or the police.

But yes, just don't mix the riots that happened these last weeks (and imho again there were not really riots but straw fires) with this week-end events.
